I am leasing my 3/2 house for ACL. It is in a wonderful area in South Austin. The community is safe and beautiful! It's fully furnished with 2 queen-sized beds in 2 spaces and a full in the 3rd bedroom. The beds can sleep approximately 6 and I have a full-sized and queen-sized air bed mattress and a comfy sofa. Our home is big enough to sleep 10. Sheets/blankets/towels / pillows will be supplied. There are two flat-screen TV's with cable television, HBO and Showtime and wifi. There is a full-sized washer/dryer in the home and 2 driveways that hold 3 vehicles complete. Street parking is also offered. No smoking cigarettes in house (outside fine). There is a good, huge fenced in lawn and a small back porch area. The home is strolling distance from all the shops and bars on South Congress. Vehicle to Go's and taxi's are easily available around the city. We're also 2.4 miles from Zilker Park and Austin Bike Share is nearby. $1000 - per night with a minimum of 3 nights.$1000 - refundable down payment upon walk-through.$150 - cleaning fee.** Security deposit and cleaning cost are required to hold the home.
