Conveniently located just off Route 89, 14 miles North of Ithaca, NY on the West side of Cayuga Lake.The cottage is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms. Each Bedroom has two twin beds. There is an adjoining private 20'x25' upper deck overlooking the lake, for entertaining guests or just relaxing.Lake Access consists of 150' of privately owned lake frontage. There is a lakeside 20'x24' lower deck with a 30' extended pier for fishing or swimming. Amenities include a canoe. The water is nice and deep at the end of the dock, perfect for fishing, swimming, or just relaxing lakeside!!!Contact Frank at 607-279-XXXXThe Cottage is available for Ithaca College and Cornell University graduation, homecoming weekends, as well as weekly vacations.During the college graduation weekends, the rental is $1200. For Graduation weekend, check-in is on Friday at noon and check out is on Monday at 11 AM.Summer weekly rental is $1200/wk (March 2nd to Oct.30th) Weekly rentals are from Sunday to Saturday.
