(playing cards and games supplied) The central room also has a cozy living-room with 2 couches, a firplace, a TV and DVD gamer. Outside there is an open sunny deck overlooking the lake with a dining set and easy chair. The deck opens to a grassy lawn with a fire pit for evening entertainment. The side of your home to the personal lane has a covered outdoor patio with a gas grill and picnic table best for barbecues. The house is also equiped with a dishwasher, phone, dryer and washer. Below the grassy lawn is a personal sandy location best for swimming, launching kayaks and canoes. This area of the lake is the best spot for boating, swimming, fishing, and unwinding while taking pleasure in the lovely views. This villa is found approx. 1 hour from Lake Placid, NY. It is approx. 1 hour from Montreal, Canada. Malone Golf Course is 30 minutes away. The Friends of Lyon Mountain Mining and Railroad Museum is minutes away and residences artifacts, pictures and other historical treasures from the local area. There is a hassle-free shop in Lyon Mtn. The property is located on the Upper Lake as received pictures, map mission is wrong. $1200/Week.
