This 2 bed room (both with king size beds), two bath, architectural marvel has the conveniences of home-42" flat screen TELEVISION, wireless web, 2 office areas, cooking area (fully stocked with food preparation needs), high thread count linens and bath linens, jacuzzi and swimming pool. Views of three range of mountains and city lights. Quiet, serene, gorgeous location yet near to Mt. Lemmon (20 minutes away), and near popular biking location, golf course and popular hiking websites (Tanque Verde Falls for example!). Stay for 3 nights (minimum) or inquire about our regular rate. Rate reflects double tenancy (two individuals), $25/night per person for extra visitors (fourth or third individual). Posted rate for September, 2014. Inquire about rates for October and beyond. Note: cleaning cost is $150, tax rate 6.1 % and we likewise have a down payment which is fully refundable. There is also a little guest residence on the property offered to lease if you need it.
