I have studio, one and two bedroom vacation rental suites available at the Wyndham Avenue Plaza, Frenchmen Orleans and Club La Pension for rent during in New Orleans all year. Including Sugar Bowl, Mardi Gras, Jazz Festival, Essence Music Festival, Voodoo Festival, French Quarter Festival. Rates start at $129 per night for studio suites, holiday/festival rates are higher. The suites are fully furnished and have a full or partial kitchen, living room with sofa sleeper, dining area and more. . No Pets. Non Smoking unit. Plenty of onsite amenities: courtyard swimming pools, a fitness room, laundry facilities and concierge services. You can email me thru craigslist, call or text me at 916 349 XXXX to reserve or make reservations. Other rentals: http://www.vacationrentalideas.com Terms: 1/2 of rental payment deposit when reserving the week, if outside of 60 day. If 60 days or less or holiday/Festival week, full payment is expected. I will send you a Paypal invoice. You do not have to have a Paypal account to make payment. As soon as the payment shows up in my Paypal Acct. (it only takes minutes) I will call owner reservations and have them put the reservation into your name. This can take up to 24-48 hours. The direct number for reservations will be on the confirmation and you will be able to call reservations and confirm the reservation yourself; before making the final payment. Within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation, the balance is due in full. I will send you a 2nd Paypal request for the remaining balance.
