Among the two huge free-formed pools is just a few steps away from my patio. You will certainly have a fantastic view of the swimming pool directly from the condominium. My two young children have invested numerous hours at the pool with my partner and I keeping an eye on them from our condominium. My condominiums will not satisfy you if remaining straight on the Gulf is a need to for you. The gulf has to do with 300 yards away ... directly across the water from our condo. If a brief drive of 2.4 miles (less than 10 minutes most days) from my door to the public parking straight on the beach at Okaloosa Island would work for you, then this is the location for you. The public parking areas on Okaloosa Island are straight on the beach and several of them have washroom and shower-off centers. We welcome you to wet your line from our docks if you like to fish. We have 3 undersea fish lights installed. Our 120 slip marina is open for our visitors to stroll or fish. If you would such as to bring a boat, we have space in the marina that can be rented for an additional cost. There is nothing better than having your own boat in the water, at your back door during holiday. Santa Rosa Sound, Okaloosa Island, Crab Island, Navarre Island, Choctawhatchee Bay, Destin Harbor, and the Gulf of Mexico are all really easily found near our marina. There is a public boat ramp only one block away where you can introduce your trailered boat. There is a small sandy beach overlooking Santa Rosa Sound on our property.
