Pay attention to the Loons - and enjoy both eagles circle the lake - as you appreciate coffee from the deck. Backus is livinged 40 minutes north of Brainerd. We are 2 miles from the Paul Bunyun Bike Path, and 20 miles from Walker, MN (lots of stores, bistros, & Northern Lighting Casino site). Lake Sanborn is a 233 acre lake - excellent for swimming and fishing. The cabin (& bunk house) rest 9 comfy (plus a queen sofa sleeper and 2 cots). The major degree includes a newer kitchen, consuming location, living space w/stone fire place, 1 bedroom w/queen bed (cabinet & vanity) and french doors, 1 bed room w/full bed (cabinet & vanity), washroom w/shower & tub and sink vanity. Draw out couch w/queen. Upstairs loft includes 1 complete bed, 1 twin bed, 2 cots and cabinet - and portable air conditioning unit. Bunk house w/queen bed (different from main cabin). Several other Amenities:.Dock w/bench, canoe and 2 kayaks, assortment of life coats, hammock.Outdoor games: badminton, croquet, frisbees, soccers, 2 smaller bikes, some angling products.Interior parlor game: many and numerous publications.TELEVISION (no cord) - DVD/VCR player & motion pictures.WiFi.Portable Air Problem (upstairs loft space).Boombox - CD/tape gamer.Charcoal grill, Fire Hole.Coffee mold, toaster, blender or food processor, Keurig, waffle mold, and so on. Recipes, pots & pots.Linens and towels featured - introduce beach towels for swimming!
