Beautiful Cozy house located on Lakes of the North Golf resort. A leisure and community resort servicing Antrim and Ostego Counties. Centrally located between Gaylord, Waters, Mancelona, Alba and Boyne County. The resort is likewise 45 mins from Traverse City and an hour and a half from Sleeping Bear Dunes. The home is also 2 miles from the resorts Horse Stables, around the block from Deer Runs 18 hole golf links that has PGA expert services offered. There is a personal beach close by and small personal flight terminal on the resort. The house has a bedroom with a complete sized bed. Loft upstairs has 3 twin beds, 2 Full couch pull out beds in Family Room and Basement. There are 2 bathrooms and all linens, towels and restroom fundamentals supplied. Basement level has Large Hot tub, Sauna, tv and rec area. Small fire pit in the backyard wonderful for a camp fire and a night of smores, Medium sized deck connected to Master room and a charcoal grill available for use. Good comfortable breezeway for morning coffee, unwinding and birdwatching. Happy be encouraged we do suggest 4 wheel drive during the winter season months as snowfall can get really heavy. $175 a night / $1050 regular / Refundable Deposit $150 / Cleaning Fee $100.
