All kitchen necessities are provided as well as linens/towels.The complex is called Spengler Manor and it is about a 5 minute drive from the Fashion Square Mall and Old Scottsdale and a 10 minute drive to the main Phoenix airport. (Sky Harbour)Spengler Manor has an updated heated pool and spa, (2014) workout room, table tennis, tv room, party room and library.The condo is a 30 second walk to the pool area, communal bbq. and laundry room.There are NO PETS and no smoking allowed. The rent includes $100/mo. towards the monthly electrical bill which should be adequate. Any electrical bill over $100/month would be the responsibility of the tenant and a returnable deposit will apply.The rental amount for April of 2016 includes internet and cable tv. If you require internet or cable tv for any other month, they can be powered up remotely as soon as the condo is occupied (no waiting for installation). The cost would be the responsibility of the tenant and the fee would have to be paid in full prior to occupancy. (approx. $150.00 US)Parking for one car is included in a carport at no additional charge.There is a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee.The rental price varies. The rent for the month of May is $850.00, the months of June, July and August - $775.00 September - $850.00 October - $1050.00 November - $1300.00 December - $1450.00.
