My tenants had a modification of strategies so I now have offered a one-bedroom upstairs home for Cornell Graduation weekend. $200 per night, 3 night minimum, so $600 total. It's a fantastic area off Univeristy Avenue just below Cornell school. The apartment is on the upstairs floor of a private home on a quiet, tree-lined street in Fall Creek with easy access to the University by means of auto. If you do not have a car, the bus stop is just four blocks away (# 10 Bus, corner of Court and Linn). Farmer's Market, dining establishments and nightlife are a brief, enjoyable walk. Parking is numerous and free. Private porch to relax, plus a backyard with gas grill, table and chairs if you really want to cook out. The home has:.-9 x13 room with queen bed, closet (with dresser).-9 x13 living-room with small flat screen (with Netflix and Hulu+) and fold out sofa.-kitchenette with stove, fridge, microwave, dishes, coffeemaker, etc.-complete bath.-Semi-enclosed porch.-linens and some toiletries included.-wifi.-no smoking cigarettes within, however feel complimentary to do so on the porch.-private entry through back stairwell. This is an upstairs home and is not handicap-accessible. GREAT Fall Creek area! Terms:.-$200 per night/3 night minimum.-Payment due in complete upon booking by either check or charge card (Master Card and Visa accepted). If paying by check, booking is not complete up until check has actually cleared your bank.-Please allow adequate time for tricks to be provided through USPS express mail to your house. Thanks!
