Beautiful "old Tahoe" style cabin found on the picturesque West Shore of Lake Tahoe in Skyland. We're close to Homewood, Alpine and Squaw. Four houses from Lake, nearly a block from the Lake where Skyland's private coastline and pier are. The bike trail is also right there. Our cabin backs up to the Kaspian State Park (Blackwood Canyon) where you can hike, or even cross country ski right out the back door of the cabin. Our cabin quickly sleeps six - ten. There are three bedrooms. One has a king size bed, one has a queen, and one has 2 twin beds. There are likewise two double futons, one in the living room, and one in the family room. There are 2 full baths. two showers one over a whirpool tub. We have cable in all the rooms, the living-room and the living room. There is a stereo with a CD and DVD in the family space and the living room. The downstairs bed rooms has HDTV and DVD. We have high speed WiFi. There is a land line telephone. The cabin is fully geared up. All you need to bring is your food and clothes. The kitchen area has simply about everything, and is a joy to work in. All bed and bath linens are provided. There is a basement household space with a complete size POOL TABLE, MOVIE with cable and DVD, a stereo, and a wood stove. For parking, there is a 2 vehicle attached garage, plus all the additional parking on the driveway which is keepinged raked. Rates are as follows:. $225/night (2 night minimum). $250/night Holiday durations (3 night minimum). $150 Housekeeping fee. $250 Refundable Security Deposit. 10 % Placer County Rental Tax.
