Want to visit Asheville over Christmas/New Years, but don't want to spend a lot of money?You're welcome to stay in our place, if you love animals and can take care of ours!We have 1 yellow lab, 1 pit bull, and a tabby cat. The dogs are both large, but the SWEETEST...they love new people, hardly ever bark, like to play, but are also very chill and can lay around for hours (but wouldn't mind a nice walk either!) The cat is about a year old, so he loves to play (with you or the dogs!), and is also content snuggling up when it's cold. None of our pets have any special needs that would limit you doing what you'd normally do during the day or a vacation...just feed, water, and love on them!We need somebody to sit our animals from early Dec. 24th until January 4th. We will be in China and unreachable, but will leave contact/vet information should something come up.What do you get in return for watching our pets? A free place to stay! Our 2 bedroom/1 bath (850) sq. ft. apartment is in the downstairs of a duplex I own. The upstairs is rented to a quite guy and his dog. The house is in the ideal location in the historic Montford neighborhood, within a 7 min. walk to downtown, 4 min. walk to the visitor's center, near restaurants/shops of Downtown, and about 8 min. drive to the Biltmore! The location can't be beat! Our apartment is small but cozy and has wireless internet, a bathtub, cute kitchen, a covered porch/grill, washer/dryer, fenced in yard, off the street parking, and a comfy queen sized bed. There is no cable tv or dishwasher, but you've got everything else you could need! The apartment is simple, no frills, but we like it!Please email me if you'd be interested in this arrangement or call 828 450 XXXX....please let me know if you can do those dates and what dog/pet experience you have!
