Moonridge offers among the most personal and open communities on the river. Since it is a gated community it has a private well-kept broad launch ramp and watercraft slips to securely leave your boat in over night or for your entire stay! As an included plus, a public launch ramp to Lake Havasu is less than a mile from the home which supplies access to the very best of both worlds. Off the front patio area you have gorgeous mountain views and even a peek-a-boo view of the river (which is a mere 300 backyards away). This home boasts a big driveway with a lot of watercraft and car parking. We even have a terrific off-roading area (OHV Legal) behind the community with tracks leading all over the Mojave Desert. The community has lots of amenities readily available to you too, a personal beach, consisting of covered gazebos and a BBQ location, horseshoe and basketball area. This is a spick-and-span house, the bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen and the 3rd bedroom has twin bunk beds. The house has one washroom that has a full-size bathtub and main air/heating throughout the home. The living room is really roomy with a 40" flat screen and lots of couch space to relax. The cooking area is in wonderful condition with fully-functioning appliances including a Keurig coffee machine and Margaritaville Blender for your pleasure. This home also has a washer and dryer located in the back. We are very proud of our family home and take pride in your stay which's why we go well behind typical occupants to please any guests.
