The balcony is among the biggest on the beach and has the most gorgeous view from the west end of the building. The balcony provides marine life seeing such as sea turtles, dolphins, sting rays, and all different kinds of fish. Our luxury condominium is expertly decorated and has high quality home appliances, granite counter tops, a full kitchen with everything needed for food preparation. We have Tuscany Beige Travertine Tile throughout our condo laid in the French Pattern design. The fantastic space and all bedrooms each contain a TV, and a DVD gamer. We have a 55" Big Screen LCD Vizio 1080p HD TELEVISION in the Great Room. In addition, we have a Windham Fireplace Console with 4 flame settings and a 30" large fireplace insert. Free cordless high speed web is included. The sofa in the fantastic space will convert into a queen size bed for additional guest. In the laundry space, we have a washer and clothes dryer. The master room is Gulf front with a door to the balcony. The room showcases a king size Tempur-Pedic bed with 700 Thread Count Sheets, end tables, wall mirror, and full size armoire. Among the guest bed rooms has a king size bed with 700 Thread Count Sheets, with end table and chest. The third guest bedroom showcases two twin size beds with 450 Thread Count Sheets, chest and end table. Both bed rooms open onto a back balcony with a view of the bays and a private sitting location. Guest rooms have separate entrances to the bath. In our luxury condominium complex, you will certainly take pleasure in the safe covered parking garage with five different covered walkovers with one on our floor, and four high speed elevators. We offer a physical fitness room with an ocean view, a game room for youngsters and teens. We have internal security offered by phone. From early March with mid-October we provide free use of the beach service (a $140 regular value free to our renters) consisting of two padded lounge chairs with umbrella on the sandy beach. The tropical beach front swimming pool area includes a 120 ft long heated swimming pool, separate kids's pool, lounges, deck chairs and gazebos. Step down to the 420 feet white sand beach on the emerald waters which offers para sailing, windsurfing, jet skis, and banana watercrafts in addition to the beautiful sunshine. We are found secret east end of Thomas Drive near the ST Andrews State Park, and within simple strolling distance to Schooners, "The Last Local Beach Club" (a Gulf front bar and fish and shellfish residence with live entertainment), Montego Bay, and Scampy's restaurants. In addition, Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant, and a lot more dining establishments, marinas, and home entertainment are within strolling range. Shopping neighbors at Sunsations, Shipwreck Ltd, Alvin's Island Dept. Establishment, and The Palace beach clothes and supply establishments.
