The 1 bedroom is fully furnished, contains 1 king size bed with lots of closet space with a kitchen, a full bathroom and living room and a balcony with portable propane grill. Water and Hot water is included. Entirely furnished with kitchen, pots and pans to cook as well as dishes and eating utensils. Bedroom has lots of closets space, with comfortable bedroom sheets, TV with CABLE in the bedroom. Access to the internet. If more then two persons are welcomed. About My place: *HELP YOURSELF TO BREAKFAST FOODS, ALL PROVIDED! (I keep stocked with frozen bread, cereal, juice, instant oatmeal, peanut butter, jam, etc., and I take requests- so let me know if there is a breakfast food that's a must have for you ;)! *Hot coffee in the mornings *Body soap bars provided *Linen and towels provided *FULL USE OF KITCHEN, shelf in fridge and in pantry, microwave, toaster, Vegetable Juicer, Orange Juicer, the dishes, pots and etc *Shelves in the bathroom behind mirror are all yours *HAIR BLOW DRYER and a STEAM IRON *You're welcome to USE THE SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER, TOOTHPASTE etc., in the bath *Free WiFi, and CABLE for TV *I have a modest library of books you can read in your spare time as well *I provide a comprehensive "HOUSE MANUAL" that details the neighborhood, local eats and some numbers/sites that you may need, so you can settle in comfortably upon your arrival and get the best out of your stay.
