My recently refurbished south Lake tahoe area vacation rental condominium in Stateline (Kingsbury), NV is right near the Heavenly ski resort. Summertime rates are $60 per weekday ($50 if connected to a weekend) and $80 per weekend night. plus the taxes and $50 cleaning charge. Why so low-cost? I'm truly simply attempting to covering my costs and not wanting to have this as a huge moneymaker. If I recover cost and get to use it a couple of times I'm happy. It's not far from the lake, and likewise near the fox and hound restaurant and bar, pizza, and other restaurants. If you really want to drive to the casinos that's available too. It's likewise really near heaven go line's bus stop. Considering that I'm part of the Tahoe town association you'll have access to the community pool and jacuzzi, which is nearby.
