We have not only 1 but 2 firepits,one down by the waters edge and the other up close to cottage. There are also 2 picnic tables on the groundsand charcoal grill. We have a sundeck and dock 100ft. for viewing those great sunsets and a dock for boating ease.We also have a mooring spot for your boat. We are a stones throw away from the boat access for your convenience.We have cable TV for your enjoyment.We are close to shopping and parks. We ask a security deposit of $200. to secure your vacation, refundable.Our weekly rate is $600., We also rent by the day- 2 night minimum- $95. per nightWeekends are rented out only if week has not rented and on a short term notice.Come vacation with us!!You can go to higginslakerentals.com to view our website and look at our calendar !
