The cottage comes with Dishes, pots, pans, all kitchen ammenties(coffee pot, toaster, microwave ect), except a dishwasher. Includes utilities, Cable, trash and Lawn care. All you need is your linens, cleaning supplies and food. Bedroom 1 has a full size bed and Bedroom 2 - has a set of bunk beds and a single bed. There is a single pull out sleeper in the livingroom. We have recently added a fresh water system which now eliminates well or pond water pumping. One more comfort of being at home.The cottage is on a very peaceful shoreline. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. *****There is NO SMOKING in the camp *****If this is something you are interested in please give me the dates and if you are looking for 1 or more weeks let me know and I can price it accordingly. The more weeks you reserve the cheaper it is. Please understand that I include WATER, CABLE, TRASH, UTIL, heat and electricity, Lawn maintenance and it is fully furnished.Thanks....
