Off period, theres a 10-20 % price cut on the regular rate of $595 per night. There is a 3 night minimum in July. The 4th of July week, the month of October. theres a 4 night minimum Thanksgiving week and Dec 26th with the 1st of January are all greater weeks charging even more than $595 and possibly as high as $745 per night.
