We just bought this charming Red Mountain 3 bed room house and included lots of upgrades! We have had an artist repaint a beach mural on the back wall which is a lot of enjoyable! The outdoor patio location has been extended on both ends of the pool allowing for a bigger sunbathing area. The pool is expertly preserved, to guarantee safe & & clean water quality. There is now an outdoor patio cover over the sliding glass door area for poolside dining on those warm Arizona nights. The pool is a good size - 5 feet deep for swimming and you can switch on the huge swimming pool light in the evening. The yard is completely personal with no neighbours looking in! Enjoy the sunshine on any of the loungers and the smell of the BBQ grilling your steaks. Our home is situated in a peaceful, safe, household area with hardly any traffic. The Superstition Mountains can be viewed from our front door. This is a great location for strolling in the morning or the evening. We have updated the house with all brand-new furnishings and beds/linens. The interior decorating will be completed this week. We are positioned only a couple of blocks from a golf course and just 10 minutes to Las Sendas Golf Course and numerous others, in addition to shopping, restaurants and the Mesa Gateway airport also about 15 minutes from the extremely popular Mesa Flea market. There is a senior citizens community just a block away and a kids's park right throughout from our front backyard. The 202 Hwy is a mile away and 5 minutes to the 60 Hwy, makings navigating the Phoenix location extremely simple! Leave the cold winter and delight in the sun and pool at our home!
