I am renting our Hyatt 'Windward Pointe' Resort timeshare condominium on the dates suggested above * * Both of the vacant weekends are 3 night/4 day stays @ $700.00 ea.; The third vacancy is mid-week, 2 night/3 day stay @ $500.00. The start-to-finish duration of the published occasions varies, and could or could not "totally" coincide with the rental dates I offer (See Key West Chamber of Commerce Calendar of Events for more total info @ http://web.keywestchamber.org/events). Regardless of hot tears & deafening "boo-hoo's", the households' Autumn, 2014 itinerary to Key West suddenly & unavoidably tanked on us !!! Thus, I've needed to hastily & deeply lower the going rental rates to near fire-sale rates! This condominium is large, well-equipped & whistle clean! Whomever is fortunate enough to nab up any of the 3 leasings may likewise, themselves, get all of a sudden & unavoidably "TANKED", too ... in warm Margaritaville, no less !!;) BTW, late summertime into early fall is some of the very best weather condition in the Keys! Retail hotel & personal home/condo-owners' rates are at a premium these weekends; some are close to 'no job' status! (I've done my research!) I prompt you to compare the rates on hotel websites, travel exchange websites & others like this, Craigslist ... verifying to you this is a STEAL DEAL! You will discover ROOMS & SUITES much like my rate, or perhaps greater. Still, none offer the overall area, personal privacy, location and benefits this lovely, tropical Hyatt resort condominium offers. I found another Hyatt timeshare owner offering an exact same date & same resort (on Redweek), however for a 1 bdrm/1ba @ $900.00 plus !! This is among the last, couple of "possessed" condominiums readily available at Hyatt Windward Pointe Resort. Due to the annual line-up of occasions set up, "retail Hyatt" rates are HIGH, with a unforgiving & strict cancellation/deposit policy. If you are truly interested and all set to commit, per preliminary reply-emails, then I will take the next steps with you, through phone & get the documents rolling. I do require a signed lease agreement and Hyatt needs a completed "Guest Certificate", prior to or at check-in. Any related cost's by Hyatt ($74) will certainly be pre-paid by me.
