Two room cottage on the east side of Keuka Lake. Found in a little lawn, adjoining our home, you have access to 60 feet of frontage, your very own dock, a covered lakeside outdoor patio, and a grill and fire pit on both the beach and alongside the home. Drive to the door. Parking for three vehicles. Sleeps approximately five. Two rooms with double beds. Sofa bed in small living room. Kitchen and dining location. Shower and sink are found in huge bedroom. Toilet is in closet off of the cooking area.Covered front porch. Large yard. Level lakefront. Swimming-friendly lake depth. Dock. Paddle watercraft. Canoe. One mile from the village of Penn Yan - supermarket, restaurants, cinema, filling station, shopping on Main Street & Peebles department establishment. State watercraft launch within one mile. Morgan Marine - most affordable gas on the lake. The Windmill - a large Mennonite farm and craft market - Saturdays only. Sign in on Saturday at 2:30 PM. Checkout the following Saturday at 10:30 AM. Items provided - dishes, glasses, flatware and pans, utensils & pots, toaster, hand mixer, microwave, coffee maker, two television's w/cable, DVD gamer, radio/cassette/CD gamer, vacuum cleaner, pillows and blankets, 2 gas grills, 2 picnic tables, lawn chairs. Products to bring - linens and pillow cases (three doubles), personal pillows, towels, paper supplies, bar soap, insect repellent. 50 % lease deposit required to book the cottage. Balance of the lease and a $200 down payment due upon arrival. Yates County Occupancy Tax of 4 % is needed to be included to the rental quantity. The lease in period (6/14-- 8/30) is $775 per week. In very early June, September and October we rent by the week or weekend at $550 per week or $100 every day, with a minimum stay of 3 days. The remaining offered week in period is August 9-16. Unlike numerous other rental homes, we do not charge a cleaning fee but we do need that you leave the cottage as cool and clean as you found it to be on arrival.
