This 3 bedroom cottage has 1 bedroom on the 1st floor and 2 on the 2nd floor. It has a NEW kitchen with an expanded area in the living room and a new moden bathroom with a shower. It is completely furnished. It has a sliding glass door in the living room which leads to the large and expanded deck. This cottage is right on the St. Lawrence river between Clayton & Cape Vincent. For swimming and fishing go down to the boat house (1 cottage away) .We furnish bath towels & kitchen towels but not swim towels. We also suggest you bring swim shoes because the river has a rock bottom. We have a very large front mowed field for baseball, and other sports.We have a paved boat launch so bring your own boat or rent one of our fishing boats for $60. per day. We have a 40 ft. dock but we don't suggest you leave your boat in over night since it is an open area. There is protected dockage within walking distance..We rent Sat to Sat.
