One bathroom with new tub/shower, a large laundry room with washer and dryer and a bright back room that can be used for occasional overnight guests or a study. In addition, there is a large all screened-in Arizona room where you can spend endless evenings enjoying the perfect views of the Superstition Mountains.This vacation home is located close to Apache Junction's shops and restaurants and minutes away from downtown Phoenix.There is lots to do in AZ including hiking, boating, fishing, sightseeing and even gambling in nearby casinos.This home is available October 1st.This is a non-smoking property.Trash collection and Water service is included.The homeowners do not supply Cable or Internet service - however these services are available for purchase in our area.Sorry, but the homeowners will not consider any pets...no exceptions.There will be a $500 deposit to hold and reserve your vacation rental. A $100 cleaning fee will be deducted from this deposit and the balance of $400 will be returned after your departure and the property is found to be in the same conditions as you find it.This is a "Spotless Clean" home!
