It can be yours for less than half the price of renting this unit directly from Grand Timber Lodge.This is a Studio unit that will sleep 4 at one of Brecks Finest Ski-in/Ski-out Resorts. The condo is reserved the week March 26 - April 2, 2016, arriving and checking out on Saturday.This is SPRING SKIING and this condo is as nice as it gets in Breckenridge!! The Grand Timber Lodge is a 5 Star Timeshare Resort. I'm unable to use my studio week this year and you will not be required to attend any kind of presentation as this is not an offer to sell.From the resort you can ski in and ski out to the Beaver Run High Speed Quad Chairlift and or the Snowflake lift at Breckenridge. This gives access to peaks 8 and 9. There is a spa, fitness center, steam room, sauna, 2 indoor/outdoor pools that our heated to 90 degrees in the winter, and 6 hot tubs (both inside and outside) spread out among the resort. The resort has a full service bar and restaurant on site. This resort has everything including a game room and a ski shop for rental equipment or necessary items you may have forgotten. It just doesn't get any better.Store your car in the underground heated parking garage when you arrive and the resort has a free shuttle service to take you anywhere you want to go in Breckenridge - Free of Charge!! No need to drive to dinner, the shuttle will take you and pick you up. Just give them a call!!!The studio has a queen size bed and a sleeper sofa along with a full bathroom and an efficiency kitchen.Must be 21 years of age, with a credit card for incidentals.
