Totally furnished with linens and a full kitchen area- simply introduce your beach towel and relax. Stunning full views from the 16 ft ocean front balcony.2 pools, 2 wading pool, two out door jacuzzis, Tiki bar swimming pool side, and Bob's Bikini bar and grill on website, a market near the swimming pool, an exercise room, jacuzzis and an Arcade. This is a gated resort with 24/7 security. Sorry this is NO PET resort. Should be 22 to rent.This is our personal vacation condo; we are located in Enterprise, AL and browse through there frequently. Contact us to find out more.One week $1300.six night $1180.five nights $999.four nights weekend $820.four nights non weekend $775.Three nights non weekend $610.Three night to include Friday Saturday weekend $675.Costs include space taxes 12.5 %, cleaning and a set of beach chairs. There is a $200 damage deposit needed paid through paypals it will be returned the same method.When you arrive, the Summit charges a one time parking charge of $16.83 due to them. Our condo was updated in June 2013 then a brand-new kitchen and washer/dryer march 2014. Exactly what you see is where you will be staying. not a surprises. The very same maid always cleans my area and does a remarkable task!
