We are leasing our well-maintained 3 bed room, 21/2 restroom household townhome for the 2014 summer period. The townhome is found 21/2 blocks from the boardwalk/beach and meets the boardwalk a couple of blocks from the Wildwood Convention Center. It's found near dining establishments, stores, mini golf as well as bike rental. The cost is $1500 per week in June and $1600 per week in July and August. We lease Saturday to Saturday. No pets and no smoking cigarettes. We are renting to households over the age of 30. There is a necessary $300 down payment required. - 3 bedrooms.- 2.5 bathrooms.- Sleeps 8 (queen take out sofa, 2 twin beds, 1 complete bed, 1 queen bed).- Close to the promenade, stores, dining establishments.- Fully geared up.- Central air, washer, clothes dryer.- 2 covered garage, security accessed parking areas.
