Summer rates are $225/night and $1,170/week. Spring rates are $975/week or $195/night. All rentals are charged a $140 cleaning fee and 10% Placer County tax. We have a hot tub, outdoor deck, big open living room with vaulted ceilings, wood stove, high-speed internet, cable TV, a 54" projection TV, games, and a great book collection. The house is located on the hillside between Tahoe City and Kings Beach, so you are close to downtown Tahoe City, with all of its shops, restaurants, and supermarkets is only 3 miles away. Squaw Valley, Northstar, and Alpine Meadows are a 15 minute drive away. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home has two separate queen bedrooms and one bedroom with separate twin beds plus a cot and trundle bed. The bedrooms are downstairs and the upstairs is a big open living room with vaulted wooden ceiling, a kitchen, and half bath. You can relax as you enjoy the open feeling of the vaulted ceilings and the forest views on all sides of the house. From the deck, you can see the lake through the forest and enjoy the beautiful wooded scenery. A propane barbeque grill is on the deck The driveway is flat and up to 5 cars can park in it without blocking each other--great for winter! We also have a contractor plow the driveway when it snows. Amenities for families with children include a portable high chair, Pack n' Play portable crib, outlet plugs, child gates, and games. Our home is fully furnished for our own enjoyment as well as for yours.
