This condo can sleep up to 9 people at the Racquet and Country Club. There is a bedroom with a king size bed, full size bed and 2 twin beds. Also the sofa pulls out into a complete size bed and heaven chair and 1/2 in the master bed rooms takes out into a twin bed. Linens and towels consisted of in the rental. Parking lot is steps away from the door. There are approx. 10 steps leading down to the condo. As you can see, the kitchen, dining space and living room are open idea. Kitchen area is equipped with food preparation utensils, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, refrigerator, microwave and blender or food processor. There is boat and jet ski rental down Carol Road at the local marina. The Country Club complex has several outside pools and tennis courts. $80.00 cleaning charge puts on each rental. Rents for $125.00 Sunday through Wednesday. $155 Thursday through Saturday nights. Weekends require a minimum stay of 2 nights. Vacation weekends rent for $175.00 and need a minimum stay of 2 nights. Can be rented by the week for $975.00 that includes the cleaning fee.
