But as exciting as the Village is, our unit is very private an quiet.The moment you enter the building the calming, relaxing atmosphere of Lasata takes over. Because there are not many rentals in our wing we usually feel as if we are the only ones in the entire building. It's rare we ever see someone in the halls. Our unit is a studio efficiency with a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, comfy armchair, small table with two chairs, Armoire with TV and DVD, kitchenette, closet, entry bench and spacious bathroom. But it is nicely appointed and is all you need.But as peaceful as Lasata and it's grounds are, like mentioned above this condo is only steps away from the Village of Baytowne Wharf plus all the numerous amenities Sandestin has to offer. You can bike, kayak, canoe, sail, jet ski, dinner cruise, use the fitness center, enjoy access to Sandestin's private beach, 4 pools, and more. For the golfers, there are four world class courses on property as well as many more within a few miles. For the shoppers, the world's largest designer outlet center (Silver Sands) borders the resort. Not to mention the shops of the Village.Enjoy the private Solstice Club on the Bay where you can meet friends and enjoy sunsets, fireside chats, cookouts, even watch ball games or movies together!
