Our cottages are located in a quaint backwoods, yet also have a hassle-free place just 1 block from I-35 and a short drive to downtown New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn, historical Gruene, the Comal and Guadalupe rivers. The everyday rates range from $65-250 per night. Weekly rates are offered. Located in our popular Recreational Vehicle Park, they are free-standing, custom built homes without any common walls. They sleep between 2 and 10 individuals and are completely provided, consisting of linens, towels, kitchen utensils and even a flat-screen TV with a DVD gamer. The cooking area contains all fundamental home appliances (a stove, oven & fridge , microwave, coffee machine, toaster) and a kitchen area table with 4 chairs.
